  • I would like to use nemonic in meetings. How many people can use it simultaneously?
    Up to 20 users may connect to nemonic via Bluetooth. In other words, most people attending a meeting can use nemonic simultaneously.
  • The first note I printed comes out rolled up.
    Not using nemonic for a while causes its printer head roller to put pressure on the paper for a prolonged time, leading the first printed note to roll up.
  • Is color printing supported as well?
    nemonic is a thermal printer - only grayscale printing is supported.
    It aims to provide simple, low-cost printing of short notes or pictures for which users may feel hesitant to spend a considerable amount in printing.
  • How can I reset nemonic?
    Just press the RESET button on the rear bottom of nemonic for 5 seconds (until the LED blinks).
  • nemonic makes beeping sounds.
    nemonic notifies with beeps in case errors such as opened cover, no sheet or paper jams occur.
  • There is a cut mark in the center of the paper.
    This occurs due to the cutter cutting the printed paper automatically, and is perfectly normal.
  • The printer stops after some consecutive printing.
    If nemonic gets overheated due to consecutive printing or continuous printing of sheets mostly consisting of dark color, the printer detects overheating & blocks printing temporarily.
    Please wait for the printer to cool off, since it will resume printing if it falls below a certain temperature.
  • LED color will change upon replacing sheets. Is this normal?
    nemonic recognizes the sheet color of its dedicated paper cartridge.
    If you replace sheets, nemonic’s LED color will change to match the replaced sheets’ color so that the user can see which paper color is being used without opening the cover.
  • The left LED blinks continuously, even if I’m not printing anything.
    Out of the 2 LEDs at the front side of Nemonic, the left LED displays communication & Bluetooth connection status.
    The left (communication & Bluetooth) LED blinking - though not in printing status - means that the mobile device is connected to Nemonic via Bluetooth & ready to print.

    If you print out memos on the mobile device connected to Nemonic, the LED will stop blinking.
    If a mobile device is connected to Nemonic via Bluetooth & the left LED is blinking, no mobile device other than the current user’s may connect to Nemonic.

    If nemonic’s left LED stops blinking after printing out on the connected mobile device, other mobile devices may connect to nemonic as well.
  • Can I print multiple copies of the same memo?
    You can print another copy of the previous memo by pressing nemonic’s dispenser button for 2 seconds.
  • I can’t find the nemonic app on App Store.
    nemonic app is supported on iOS 9.0 version and later.
    If you cannot find it on App Store, please check the OS version on your device. Please use after software update if your device’s version is earlier than the supported version.
  • Are there any health concerns regarding nemonic’s thermal paper?
    nemonic uses special thermal paper with high preservability.
    Its thermal paper is environmentally friendly as well as free of BPA (Bisphenol A) - a substance known to be harmful to the human body.
  • How long does the printed material preserve itself on paper?
    nemonic uses a special kind of thermal paper
    that preserves printed notes much longer than other thermal papers.
    When stored at room temperature, the printed material may be preserved for longer than 5 years.
  • nemonic does not power on.
    Please check the power cable connection. Press the power on/off button on nemonic after checking power cable connection. nemonic is in normal status if its front LED light turns on.
  • There are streaks on the printed material.
    If used for a long time, nemonic’s printer head may become dirty causing streaks on printed materials. Following the guide on the manual provided with the product, clean nemonic’s printer head using a cotton swab soaked in alcohol to remove this symptom. Please clean the printer head regularly.
  • nemonic makes noises when printing out.
    Due to its motor, it is perfectly normal for nemonic to make some noise while printing out. However, if cartridges other than nemonic’s dedicated one is used or paper is inserted incorrectly, a noise much louder than usual may occur. In this case, please make sure nemonic’s dedicated cartridge is used & paper is inserted into the printer correctly.
  • I think my nemonic is defective. What can I do?
    If nemonic does not function or seems to be defective, please call the domestic Customer Center at  1577-6670. (Korea only)
  • What are the warranty conditions?
    1 year warranty is guaranteed. Repair or replacement will be performed after product has been identified as defective at the Mangoslab Customer Center. If this is the case, Mangoslab will cover all domestic shipping & repair cost.(Korea only)
  • What are the replacement & refund policies?
    Due to the nature of electronic products, no return & refund will be granted if product packaging is opened or its value as a product is damaged. In case a customer changes his/her mind before opening the product packaging, returns are only granted if requested within 7 days of product receipt & on customer’s covering full shipping cost. (Korea only)
